Fees include coffee breaks, conference lunches, train tickets to the LvB CANS in Martonvásár and the publications charges of the proceedings.

- Visit to the Budapest Neutron Centre’s reactor & cold guide hall and to Mirrotron’s Neutron Optics HQ & labs, Friday, 20 October (free of charge)
Payment
- Once your registration is completed, an automatic confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address with a payment request including all necessary information about your bank transfer.
- Payment should be made by bank transfer within 7 days after registration.
- Please indicate the participant’s name and UCANS 10 Registration ID with the bank transfer.
- Bank charges are to be borne by the sender.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be received before/on 1 September 2023, otherwise the full conference fee is valid to cover the prepaid expenses.
